These terms of use (hereafter "Terms") define the conditions under which users access the www.exos-data.com website (hereafter the "Site"), published by EXOSDATA CONSULTING SARL. Access to and use of the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

All elements of www.exos-data.com are protected by Moroccan copyright and trademark law.

All elements of the Site, including trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, design system, icons, text, applications, scripts, features, and their selection or combination, are the exclusive property of EXOSDATA CONSULTING SARL. Access to the Site does not entail any transfer of the aforementioned rights.

Usage rights are granted only in digital form for viewing the pages consulted, on a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive basis. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, displaying or selling, by any means or form whatsoever, in whole or in part, any element of the Site without the prior written consent of EXOSDATA CONSULTING SARL.

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rabat, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or warranty claims.

EXOSDATA CONSULTING SARL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. The Terms applicable are those in force on the date of connection to the Site. The date of last update is indicated at the top of this page.
